Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or professional designation preferred.
• 7+ years in wealth management, financial services sales, or sales management.
• European languages: Italian, German and/or French.
• Proven coaching track record for high-performing teams.
• Deep CRM and modern sales enablement tech experience, including AI.
• Strong UHNW market understanding.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and writing skills; able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex sales data into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales plans to grow asset gathering and client base.
• Design, implement, and improve CRM workflows and AI-powered prospecting.
• Partner with PWAs and cross-divisional teams to drive client acquisition.
• Coach PWAs and BDPs; share best practices across advisor teams.
• Monitor pipeline progress and ensure regulatory and compliance standards.
