With a client base that includes some of the largest names in insurance, this company empowers carriers to innovate faster, launch products more efficiently, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As they continue to scale across Southern Europe, they're hiring a Vice President of Sales to drive new business growth, expand enterprise relationships, and lead go-to-market strategy across Southern Europe.

The Role

As VP of Sales, you’ll be responsible for leading a high-performing sales organization focused on complex, enterprise-level deals across the insurance value chain. You'll play a central role in shaping commercial strategy, managing key client relationships, and mentoring a national sales team—all while working closely with senior leadership and product stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy to drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth
  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of enterprise sales professionals across Southern Europe.
  • Own and nurture relationships with C-level decision-makers at insurance carriers and MGAs
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to align GTM execution
  • Accurately forecast pipeline, performance, and targets across sales territories
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably within insurance technology or financial services SaaS
  • Proven success in building and managing national sales teams in a high-growth environment
  • Deep understanding of the P&C insurance ecosystem and the buying journey of carriers/MGAs
  • Strong network of industry relationships and ability to navigate complex sales cycles
  • Strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution and results-driven focus
  • Based in the Italy (remote or hybrid options available)
