As Vice President of Sales for a dedicated cloud transformation team, you will provide overall direction and leadership to Associates (and eventually Leaders) within your area of responsibility to achieve sales goals. You will expect excellence and professionalism from your team in performance with the highest levels of integrity. You will be part of the Division management team and manage your team to meet revenue, profit, and retention goals. What you'll do:
- Grow ADP’s Business While Growing Your Team's. Work with your teams to attain or exceed 100% of sales quota. Drive participation across your team. Prepare a business plan to achieve sales goals and work with direct reports to implement it. Follow the area's net sales expense (NSE) and set-up expenses.
- Grow Your People. Provide coaching, counseling, and direction to ensure professional growth. Manage career development and succession plans. Communicate career opportunities. Manage staffing through recruiting, selection, and promotion.
- Collaborate. Work closely with other functions to ensure smooth sales implementation. Have matrix reporting responsibility for sales support roles. Partner with internal and external stakeholders.
- Report and Help to Improve. Deliver monthly reports, establish accurate forecasts, review lead generation activities, and provide feedback. Communicate marketplace needs and provide input to Sales Operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, especially with large, multinational organizations.
- Experience leading high-performing sales teams, focusing on SaaS Cloud Transformation projects.
- Consistent revenue generation, pipeline, and deal management skills (e.g., Challenger Sales, MEDDPICC).
- Experience working across multiple regions (EMEA & APAC) with ability to coordinate internal support.
