SORINT.lab cerca un 'VMWARE ADMINISTRATOR EXPERT' per unirsi al team in modalità ibrida. Il candidato ideale dovrà avere forti competenze tecniche in VMware e capacità di lavorare autonomamente e in squadra. Sarà responsabile per lo sviluppo di nuovi ambienti e assistenza in progetti di migrazione, con un forte focus sulla soddisfazione del cliente. La posizione è full-time, con una parte dell'attività svolta in sede a Milano mentre il resto può essere remoto.

VMWARE ADMINISTRATOR EXPERT

Sorint.Lab is hiring VMware engineers!

In addition to the required technical skills listed below, candidates should have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in teams as well as independently, and a strong desire to solve complex technical problems.

Introduction :

Subject Matter Expert in core implementation. Understands and can contribute to low-level designs of L1 and L2 project complexity based on core technologies. Installs and configures products within their chosen technical domain in VMware technologies.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

• vSphere 6.x, 7.x, 8.x
• Aria Suite
• vSAN

TASKS AND ACTIVITIES :

• Develop greenfield environments
• Assist in VMware migration and upgrade projects
• Proven operational skills
• Troubleshooting logs and performance issues

NICE TO HAVE :

• Ensure customer satisfaction on every engagement, while working within project/engagement budgets. Provide innovative customer solutions with workarounds if necessary. Good knowledge of VMware products.
• Collaborate regularly with team members to share knowledge and experience.
• Discuss project matters with project managers and log support calls.
• Good spoken and written English skills are required.
• Possession of VCP certifications is preferred.

The position will be full-time but in hybrid mode;

Location : preferably onsite in Milan 50%, but remote work at a higher percentage is also considered.

Salary and benefits will be refined according to actual experience.
