A technology services company in Lombardy is looking for a Subject Matter Expert to focus on core VMware technologies in a hybrid role. You'll be responsible for developing greenfield environments and assisting in VMware migration projects. The ideal candidate is skilled in vSphere and NSX, possesses excellent communication abilities, and has a desire to solve complex technical problems. The position offers a competitive salary based on experience.

Introduction:

Subject Matter Expert in core implementation. Understands and can contribute to low-level designs of L1 and L2 project complexity based on core technologies. Installs and configures products within their chosen technical domain in VMware technologies.

TASKS AND ACTIVITIES:

• Develop greenfield environments
• Assist in VMware migration and upgrade projects
• Troubleshoot logs and performance issues

NICE TO HAVE:

• Work to ensure customer satisfaction on every engagement, while managing project/engagement budgets. Provide innovative customer solutions with workarounds if necessary. Good knowledge of VMware products.
• Collaborate regularly with team members to share knowledge and experience.
• Discuss project matters with project managers and log support calls.
• Good spoken and written English skills are required.
• Possession of VCP certifications is preferred.

The position is full-time but in a hybrid mode.

Location: Preferably onsite in Milan 50%, but remote work with a higher percentage can be considered.

Salary and benefits will be refined based on actual experience.
