The role involves analyzing user requirements, configuring platforms, and performing maintenance. Competenze

Responsibilities

• Analyze detailed user requirements with support from Business Analysts and verify feasibility.
• Configure the platform.
• Perform Corrective and/or Evolutionary Maintenance.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in CRM projects based on Salesforce and Vlocity (Omnistudio + Industries CPQ).
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce functionalities.
• Requirements gathering and gap analysis.
• Design of Vlocity Digital Interaction platform to meet business requirements.
• Knowledge of key capabilities of Vlocity such as OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Data Mappers, Calculation Matrices, Business Rule Engine.
• Familiarity with main Industry Consoles of Vlocity.
• Preparation of functional and technical documentation.
• Platform configuration.
• Support for testing, training, and migration.
• Certifications: Omnistudio Developer and Industries CPQ Developer are required; additional certifications like Omnistudio Consultant are a plus.
• Experience working in Agile (preferably Scrum) environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interface with clients to gather business needs.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills, result-oriented.
• Positive attitude, initiative, flexibility.
• Teamwork predisposition.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad.
