BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Manage the operational planning of VM activations, including prioritization, timelines, and process improvements to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders and the Design team for implementation within budget and schedule.

In This Role, You Will

• Develop seasonal window cycles, pop-in, and pop-up displays
• Support VM Operations, ensuring alignment with regional partners, considering quantity, production, schedules, and budgets
• Collaborate with Design Studio and suppliers to keep timelines and budgets on track
• Track and communicate schedules for timely VM activations
• Manage the process from briefing to execution, connecting markets and suppliers
• Prioritize among stakeholders, translating strategy into action, managing multiple projects with various timelines
• Anticipate and resolve roadblocks, escalating issues promptly

Role Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Creative skills and luxury sensibility
• Personal taste aligned with project development
• Strong organizational and proactive skills
• Self-motivated, autonomous, results-oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Background in VM, Design, Architecture, or Engineering preferred
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Excel, 3D software a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally
