GENERAL ROLE
The Visual Merchandising Manager will guarantee the image of the Maison in the stores, ensuring that VM is appealing, inspiring emotion, and supporting sales development. Reporting to the Retail Merchandising Director, they will work closely with store managers and the retail team, liaising with the communication department and the central team in Paris. They will manage a team of 4 VM in-store and animate the community of VM ambassadors. The network includes 11 stores in Italy and 1 in Greece, based in Milan, with travel required across Italy and Greece.
