LVMH Group in Rome is seeking a Visual Merchandising Intern to support in-store VM activities and ensure alignment with our VM strategy. You will report to the Store Manager and collaborate with the VM team to implement guidelines.

The role requires courses in fashion styling or visual merchandising, strong communication, Italian and English proficiency, and the ability to manage priorities and work under pressure, including occasional overnight shifts.

Competenze

• Courses in fashion stylist or visual merchandising are mandatory
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Excellent knowledge of the local market and competitors
• Proficiency in Italian and English
• Flexibility and availability to work also overnight

Visual Merchandising Intern - Stage Curriculare

As an In Store VM, you will be a key member of the Visual Merchandising team. You will manage all categories of the store, implementing guidelines in line with our VM strategy. This role will be reporting directly to the Store Manager and functionally to the VM Manager.

Job responsibilities

• Guarantee the correct application of VM rules, information and Zone guidelines in boutique by selecting and adapting them according to product availability and local needs
• Guarantee the achievement of business objectives through VM activities, keeping the right balance between business focus and LV image
• Strong collaboration with Area VM Manager, VM Manager and the VM team.

Profile

• Strong orientation to the fashion and passion for Visual Merchandising
• Courses in fashion stylist or visual merchandising are mandatory
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Strong aesthetic sense
• Excellent knowledge of the local market and competitors
• Sensitivity to product and passion for luxury goods
• Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure
• Proficiency in Italian and English
• Flexibility and availability to work also overnight
