Job summary

Tom Ford cerca un Visual Merchandising Assistant per supportare la pianificazione, la progettazione e l’organizzazione degli spazi retail a Milano, con l’obiettivo di massimizzare la visibilità dei prodotti e migliorare l’esperienza dei clienti.

Il ruolo riporta al Global Visual Merchandising Manager e prevede collaborazioni con team interni ed esterni per installazioni, presentazioni e progetti strategici; è richiesta competenza in Photoshop/Illustrator e disponibilità a viaggiare.

Qualifications

• Esperienza precedente in visual merchandising o retail (stage o tirocini compresi).
• Ottima sensibilità estetica e interesse per moda/lusso.
• Conoscenza di Adobe Photoshop e Illustrator; conoscenza di Rhinoceros o software di rendering è un plus.
• Ottima padronanza dell’inglese scritto e parlato.
• Buona conoscenza di Microsoft Office.
• Ottime capacità organizzative e attenzione ai dettagli.
• Atteggiamento di squadra e buone doti relazionali.
• Disponibilità a viaggiare.

Responsibilities

• Supportare la pianificazione e l’organizzazione degli spazi retail nelle boutiques, nel rispetto delle linee guida aziendali.
• Produzione VM set-up per aree vendita, vetrine, showroom, pop-up ed eventi in linea con le direttive del brand.
• Sviluppare simulazioni/rendering di vetrine e concept creativi per la presentazione al management.
• Supportare lo sviluppo di documenti strategici e presentazioni per il management.
• Collaborare con team interni ed esterni per garantire coerenza visiva con la strategia del marchio.
• Produzione di report sulle attività di visual merchandising.

The role supports the planning, design, and organisation of retail spaces across the boutiques, with the goal of maximising product visibility and enhancing the customer experience.Reporting directly to the Global Visual Merchandising Manager, the Visual Merchandising Assistant will support the team across installations, presentations, and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and organisation of retail spaces across the boutiques, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
• Produce VM set-up for selling areas, windows, showroom, pop-up and events in line with brand directives.
• Develop simulations/renders of windows and pop-up creative concepts for their presentation to the management team.
• Support the development of strategic documents and presentations for the management team.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand strategy.
• Produce reporting on visual merchandising activities as required.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in visual merchandising or retail is preferred, including internships or traineeships
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and genuine interest in the fashion and luxury sector
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of Rhinocerosor rendering software is a plus
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Team-oriented attitude and good interpersonal skills
• Availability to travel

Contract & Compensation

• Contract type: Fixed-term contract with potential for permanent placement
• Salary range: €23.000 – €25.000 gross per year
• Working hours: Full-time
