As part of the Guerlain Marketing team, the Visual Merchandising Assistant will support the VM Team within the following activities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and present briefs to suppliers for POS materials such as trade activations (outposts, podiums, windows) according to brand strategies and guidelines.
• Follow local production process with suppliers to ensure correct execution of in-store projects and HQ approval.
• Assist with purchase orders, material requests and local deliveries
• Support POSM forecasting and analysis
• Report on competitive best practice
• Manage and develop in-store materials for planned activities according to VM guidelines and in synergy with the trade team.
• Be the main point of contact within the VM team for trade requests/needs
• Leverage visual merchandising as a way to drive the sales
• Store checks and presence during set up to ensure correct implementation

PROFILE:

• Master's degree in marketing/ management/ design/ architecture or a related field
• Passionate about the beauty and luxury market
• Excellent analytical skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SAP will be considered a plus
• Knowledge of space allocation/design software (Adobe, AutoCad, SKP) will be considered a plus
• Flexibility, proactivity and problem solving skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail is a must
