As part of the Guerlain Marketing team, the Visual Merchandising Assistant will support the VM Team within the following activities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and present briefs to suppliers for POS materials such as trade activations (outposts, podiums, windows) according to brand strategies and guidelines.
• Follow local production process with suppliers to ensure correct execution of in-store projects and HQ approval.
• Assist with purchase orders, material requests and local deliveries.
• Support POSM forecasting and analysis.
• Report on competitive best practice.
• Manage and develop in-store materials for planned activities according to VM guidelines and in synergy with the trade team.
• Be the main point of contact within the VM team for trade requests/needs.
• Leverage visual merchandising as a way to drive sales.
• Conduct store checks and be present during set up to ensure correct implementation.

PROFILE:

• Master's degree in marketing/management/design/architecture or a related field.
• Passionate about the beauty and luxury market.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; SAP will be considered a plus.
• Knowledge of space allocation/design software (Adobe, AutoCad, SKP) will be considered a plus.
• Flexibility, proactivity, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Fluent in English.
