Mission & Responsibilities

The Visual Merchandiser will support the team in all merchandising and visual merchandising activities for Acqua di Parma in Italy, optimizing sales strategies across Retail, Wholesale, and franchise channels following HQ guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing the operational organization of custom furniture (hard/soft) to highlight the brand in points of sale.
2. Setting up in-store and window displays according to corporate guidelines to ensure a consistent brand image.
3. Partnering with local suppliers and trade teams to create cohesive in-store and window displays supporting store sales targets.
4. Supporting the development of visual merchandising tools and category management to elevate brand image and business.
5. Proposing innovative merchandising solutions for a luxury & prestige beauty landscape through creative presentation renderings while maintaining brand consistency.
6. Ensuring an excellent brand image at points of sale in terms of positioning and exposure quality through scheduled visits to wholesale and retail networks.
7. Implementing standard POS materials developed by HQ and creating ad hoc materials as per HQ directives.
8. Preparing PowerPoint presentations for sales force and customer meetings.
9. Supporting event setups and annual POS orders.
10. Controlling budgets in line with forecasts.

Requirements

• University background in Arts & Design, Fashion, Visual Merchandising, or Architecture.
• Previous experience in merchandising or visual merchandising in the beauty industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop (SAP and IWD are advantageous).
• Strong sensitivity and passion for luxury brands.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
