LVMH Group in Firenze is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to maintain brand sophistication through impactful merchandising. You will prepare in-store VM zoning and support business strategies to enhance the client experience, working closely with store management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for luxury goods, and the ability to manage priorities effectively. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a keen sense of style.

Competenze

• Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of style and fashion.

Mansioni

• Plan and implement store visual merchandising zoning and rotations.
• Oversee window installations and event setups.
• Provide qualitative visual feedback post-rotations to improve standards.
• Guide and train store teams on VM standards.

As Visual merchandising manager instore, you will be an ambassador of the Brand and ensure the consistency, quality and sophistication of the visual merchandising implementation on all product categories. You will support the business strategy and contribute enhancing the Client experience in store. With this role you will oversee all products category launches, performances and the overall image of the store, including lighting, fornitures and all extra activities.

Job responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and implement store VM zoning and rotations in collaboration with Store Management
• Responsible of windows installation and events set up
• Share qualitative visual feedback after each rotation with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Central team
• Be the ambassador and the role model in store
• Master knowledge on all product categories
• Leverage visual merchandising as a way to drive the sales engaging and involving Store management
• Manage, guide, develop In Store VMs intern/s
• Visit competitors and report best practices
• Guide and train the stores team through the VM standards required in order to support the sophistication and ensure a correct image of the store
• Engage and sensibilize all sales team to maintenance and products replacement
