You will mentor talent, partner with Product and Technology, and present strategies to senior leadership. Candidates should lead with creative integrity while balancing efficiency and scalability.

Competenze

• 5+ years of design experience with a portfolio showing visual direction and production quality.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience establishing branding guidelines and visual standards at scale.
• Experience overseeing creative production and post-production workflows.
• Experience with stakeholder management and presenting strategies to leadership.
• Knowledge of general AI tools and their application in creative production.
• Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese (written and verbal).
