éShop Creative Studios is seeking a visionary Art Director to join our Tokyo studio, where you will establish and scale creative direction across multiple content production workflows including photography, video, and generative AI. In this role, you will own the visual identity and quality standards for high-volume content programs, translating business requirements and brand guidelines into scalable visual frameworks that maintain creative excellence at production speed. You will build mechanisms for creative quality assurance, identify systemic gaps using data and stakeholder feedback, and define standards for emerging AI-generated content. The role requires a strong creative leader who can mentor talent, influence cross-functional teams, and present confidently to senior leadership while balancing creative integrity with operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in visual design, understands how to scale creative standards across large teams, and is comfortable making trade-off decisions between quality, efficiency, and scalability.
