The successful candidate will be a university graduate with prior experience in a related role and high fluency in English. As a performance-oriented agency, they work closely with their clients to reach their goals and exceed expectations. The company's growth plans make this a great opportunity to join their Nicosia-based team as a Virtual Team Assistant.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Assist the team daily with procedural and related tasks.
  2. Assist with interviews, engage, and train individuals providing services to clients through the platform.
  3. Help with reporting, analyzing, and evaluating freelancer performance; provide insights to management.
  4. Contribute to side projects and ideas to optimize and enhance service quality for clients.
Candidate Profile
  1. University degree in Human Resources, Management/Administration, or a relevant field.
  2. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  3. Ability to manage tasks and time effectively.
  4. Advanced English language skills (verbal & written); additional languages are an advantage.
  5. High computer literacy, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
Company Benefits
  1. Discretionary performance bonus.
  2. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00 (flexible hours) with a 30-minute lunch break.
