Virtual Assistant for Community Outreach & Social Media (Travel Brand) hourly

We're a local travel company based in Sicily looking for a creative, smart and proactive Virtual Assistant to help us grow our visibility online.

Your main tasks will be :

• Find and monitor Facebook groups, Reddit threads and forums related to travel in Sicily and Italy
• Comment helpfully and naturally, mentioning our brand when appropriate (no spam!)
• Track and report questions, threads and trends weekly
• Suggest smart ways to promote our tours and services organically
• Write short posts or comments in fluent, engaging English

If you’re good at generating quality leads and growing our brand awareness, we’re open to increasing hours and compensation.

If you also have experience managing social media (Instagram / Facebook), we’d love your help creating and scheduling posts using our photos and video clips. Reels and carousels editing is a bonus!

We’re looking for someone with excellent English, good judgment, and a real interest in travel. We’re flexible, easy to work with, and value people who take initiative.
