VIP Relationship Manager (Crypto)

Location : France (Remote) We are looking for an enthusiastic RM to join our Client Service function and serve as the primary point of contact, to further enhance customer experience, foster client loyalty, and drive business success in the region (France).

Responsibilities : Perform client acquisition and strong relationship management with a portfolio of global VIP clients; Build rapport, including enhancing and expanding relationships with existing clients via frequent and sustained communication; Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers; Analyze the clients' behavior, identify their unspoken needs, prepare key customer analysis reports; Liaise with various stakeholders from different departments to provide optimal excellent service solutions and experience.

Qualifications : At least 4-7 years working experience in sales and client services function with international financial background in banking, investments, etc.; Client portfolio including institutional clients, high net-worth individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks, etc.; Experience working in trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous; Strong communication and written skills; Proficient in French (written and spoken); Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining good multi-tasking skills
