VIP Relationship Manager (Crypto)

Location : France (Remote)

We are looking for an enthusiastic RM to join our Client Service function and serve as the primary point of contact to enhance customer experience, foster client loyalty, and drive business success in the region (France).

Responsibilities :

  1. Perform client acquisition and manage relationships with a portfolio of global VIP clients;
  2. Build rapport and expand relationships with existing clients through frequent and sustained communication;
  3. Develop key customer service processes and systems, formulate management rules, and track the status of key customers;
  4. Analyze client behavior, identify unspoken needs, and prepare key customer analysis reports;
  5. Liaise with various stakeholders from different departments to provide optimal service solutions and experiences.

Qualifications :

  1. At least 4-7 years of experience in sales and client services within an international financial background such as banking or investments;
  2. Experience managing client portfolios including institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, private bank customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks;
  3. Experience working with trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous;
  4. Strong communication and written skills;
  5. Proficient in French (written and spoken);
  6. Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining good multi-tasking skills.
