About the job
- Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Sanya within the Front Office Department in Sanya, the Villa Manger is responsible for The Cliff, providing service that is in line with guests’ expectations and Mandarin Oriental LQE, and supervising for promptness and accuracy the fulfilment of guests’ requests. Report to Front Office Manager
- you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Ensure the Cliff service delivery is special and meets or exceeds guests’ expectations
- Anticipate guests’ needs
- Deliver personalized express Check-In and Check-Out services
- Promotes inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities
- Ensure the Food and Beverage service is in accordance with the standards and procedures of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel
- Communicate to relevant departments guests’ special requests for the coordination
- Ensure all facilities in The Cliff should be present impeccably maintained, comfortable and safe environment
- Receive and handle The Cliff Guests’ complaints
- Preparing reports monthly, including staff control, F&B control and sales
