About The Role :

As a reminder, the VIE program is strictly reserved for applicants aged between 18 and 28 who are French or European nationals, in accordance with current regulations.

Direct report to the Global Talent Manager Director at the Corporate Level, the Talent Development Project Manager will focus on deploying global talent management initiatives as part of our People Development roadmap for the Group, fostering a culture of growth to support our business transformation.

The role involves managing key performance and development annual campaigns and leading Talent Management Projects as part of the "My Development Journey" initiative.

Performance and Development Annual Campaigns:

Three main campaigns support our Performance and Development philosophy:

  • My Performance: our annual performance appraisal and goal-setting process, designed for employees to review past achievements and set goals for the upcoming year.
  • Mid-Year Development Review: an opportunity for employees to have developmental conversations with their managers, reflect on growth, identify learning opportunities, and build development plans.
  • Talking Talents: our annual talent review forum, aimed at identifying and accelerating the development of high-potential employees through a structured, collaborative process.
My Development Journey:

This initiative aims to provide fairness, clarity, and guidance in career development within the organization.

The Talent Development Project Manager will lead or participate in initiatives such as mentoring programs, career path design, structuring internal mobility, and organizing our first global career event. These initiatives are part of a broader approach to Career Management that should be integrated into all Talent Management Projects.

This role requires strategic thinking, project management, and leadership skills to ensure successful implementation. Key skills include:

  • Stakeholder Management: engaging and aligning various stakeholders across the organization, influencing and collaborating with leaders.
  • Strategic Thinking and Innovation: proposing innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals and transformation needs.
  • Project Management: planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and scope, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Communication and Presentation: preparing and delivering compelling presentations to senior leadership and diverse audiences.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: analyzing campaign data to provide insights for process and outcome improvements.
About you :

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) or in a People Development Center of Excellence (CoE).
  • Proven experience in managing talent management or people development initiatives.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and influencing skills to engage stakeholders and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging senior leaders.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Fluent English required; French is a plus.
