SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA in Milan seeks a VIE Project Management/PMO to support the Transformation and Technology Delivery department. The role focuses on managing project portfolios, ensuring on-time delivery, and supporting formalization of project management methodologies.

The assignment lasts 12 months, begins as soon as possible, and requires plan of 3 months before start. Eligibility follows Business France VIE criteria; diploma validation proof is mandatory before start

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering or related fields.
• English: Fluent (CEFR B2-C1) considered preferable.
• Italian: Elementary (CEFR A1-A2) mentioned as a likelihood.

Mansioni

• Coordinate internal/external resources for project execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Support process mapping and improve quality and efficiency.
• Assist PM/PMO to formalize methodologies and documentation.
