Job Description:

We are looking for two motivated and analytical Junior Financial Controllers (VIE) to join our FP&A team! This is a unique opportunity to gain international experience in financial management, supporting key business decisions through data analysis, cost monitoring, and budget planning.

What will you do?

• Assist in preparing financial and management control reports.
• Monitor and analyze company costs and key financial KPIs.
• Contribute to budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Analyze variances against the budget and identify key causes.
• Support monthly and quarterly closing processes.

Qualifications

Our ideal profile would be:

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Management Control, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Finance or Management Control.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Tableau and OneStream is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Problem-solving mindset with excellent organizational skills.
• Eligible for the VIE program (mandatory requirement).
