Competenze

The Assistant Floor Manager assists the Boutique Floor Manager in reaching sales/profit targets and reinforces customer loyalty by providing an outstanding customer experience. He/she will be responsible for executing the sales strategy, managing boutique operations, ensuring compliance, and acting as a deputy to the Floor Manager in their absence.

  • Lead Sales and Service in Boutique
  • Coordinate daily customer service operations to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Act as a role model in customer management (sales and service)
  • Support the Floor Manager in assigning daily targets to the Coffee Specialist and help improve their sales performance
  • Optimize boutique resources to ensure coverage of activities such as welcoming, tasting, stock management, and visual merchandising
  • Support the team in providing an outstanding customer experience to ensure client loyalty
  • Create action plans to increase team performance and service quality
  • Manage back-office operations following local and global boutique guidelines and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance
  • Align the team on boutique and individual performance metrics (KPIs)
  • Support individual development through ongoing training, feedback, and mentoring
