Working at Action

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will focus on optimizing sales of our assortment and managing store personnel.

You will support the Store Manager in managing the store, helping to improve its layout by organizing shelves to maximize sales. Daily, you and your team will identify activities needed to enhance customer experience and the company's image. You will organize employee shifts, handle recruitment, and respond to colleagues' and customers' questions, ensuring everyone feels comfortable.

Are You a Good Fit?
  • You have a high school diploma
  • You have work experience in retail with responsibilities
  • You are available to work full-time in shifts of 5 or 6 days a week, from Monday to Sunday
  • You are proactive, have a managerial approach, and know how to motivate your team
  • You meet Action's corporate culture requirements: customer-oriented, respectful, team player, disciplined, simple, and environmentally conscious
  • You have a good command of English
  • You are available for an 8-week onboarding organized by Action in one of our stores
