As an Assistant Store Manager, you will focus on optimizing sales of our assortment and managing store personnel.
You will support the Store Manager in managing the store, helping to improve its layout by organizing shelves to maximize sales. Daily, you and your team will identify activities needed to enhance customer experience and the company's image. You will organize employee shifts, handle recruitment, and respond to colleagues' and customers' questions, ensuring everyone feels comfortable.
