Job Description

1. Jump start our Italian operations, develop operational excellence, and scale our processes across the country.
2. Responsible for growing and managing our business, representing Enpal internally and externally.
3. Lead our expansion into the Italian market and build Italy’s largest business for solar PV installations and related technologies.
4. Work closely with Enpal’s C-Level executives.
5. Analyze country-specific industry requirements, the competitive landscape, and the regulatory framework in collaboration with our global HQ in Berlin.
6. Report on key metrics to the relevant executives at our global HQ.
7. Monitor all relevant KPIs to create forecasts and business cases, supporting the development of scalable systems and processes.
8. Hire and develop a high-performing team embodying our Enpal DNA and Italian values.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 8+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in an executive role within a fast-growing startup, scale-up, or multinational environment. Experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, or Venture Capital is beneficial.
2. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build a 1000+ person organization within 24 months.
3. Proven ability to motivate, develop, and manage high-performing teams in high-growth settings.
4. Track record of successfully scaling complex businesses as part of an executive team.
5. Excitement to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
6. Deep knowledge of the solar industry is beneficial.
7. Fluency in Italian and English; German proficiency is a plus.
