What you will be doing

1. Architecting and enhancing an AI-driven learning ecosystem that outperforms traditional education, evidenced by tangible gains in student achievement data.
2. Engaging directly with students via virtual platforms to understand their learning experiences and challenges, using insights to improve the ecosystem.
3. Mining platform data to surface actionable insights and design high-impact interventions leveraging AI/ML, learning science, and motivational strategies.
4. Championing a culture of bold experimentation and evidence-based decision-making to significantly boost students' growth trajectories.
5. Collaborating with engineering, data science, and design teams to translate insights and feedback into seamless product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Drive innovation in AI-powered, teacher-less education to deliver exceptional outcomes across campuses. Use data analytics and student engagement to optimize the learning ecosystem, measured by AP exam performance and MAP growth.

• Master's degree or higher in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or related fields.
• Leadership experience in education or EdTech.
• Experience designing and implementing AI systems for content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning.
• Strong understanding of learning science principles.
