Your role combines data-driven strategy with hands-on engagement. You'll analyze learning analytics, gain insights to drive growth, and work directly with students to understand their experiences, challenges, and successes. This firsthand knowledge will help you identify motivational levers and pedagogical strategies to elevate achievement across campuses.

You'll lead a team of learning engineers, data scientists, and instructional innovators, ensuring every decision and strategy focuses on improving student outcomes.

What you will be doing

  • Architecting and enhancing an AI-driven learning ecosystem that outperforms traditional education, evidenced by improved student achievement data.
  • Engaging directly with students via virtual platforms to understand their learning experiences, challenges, and successes, using these insights for continuous improvement.
  • Mining platform data to surface actionable insights and design impactful interventions leveraging AI / ML, learning science, and motivational strategies.
  • Fostering a culture of experimentation and evidence-based decision-making, utilizing data to enable significant student growth.
  • Collaborating with engineering, data science, and design teams to translate insights and feedback into seamless product improvements.

Key Responsibilities
