Nestlé Purina cerca un Vet Regional Supervisor per l’Italia, ruolo sul campo con responsabilità nella gestione della rete Vet Advisor e nel garantire l’endorsement veterinario per Purina e i brand Pro Plan Veterinary Diets e Pro Plan.

Richiesta laurea in medicina veterinaria preferita, almeno 5 anni di esperienza nelle vendite veterinary/pharma/nutrizione, e fluente in italiano e inglese. Offerta a tempo pieno con contratto permanente, comprensivo di auto aziendale e incentivi.

Mansioni

• Comunicare il vantaggio tecnico e i benefici commerciali dei prodotti Purina per aumentare distribuzione e vendite nelle pratiche veterinarie.
• Supervisionare le attività scientifiche nella regione presso cliniche e università veterinarie.
• Gestire gli strumenti CRM Purina e pianificare attività Direct to Vet.

• Nestül Purina Commerciale in Italy, Field-Based role
• Nestül welcomes people with disabilities

• Veterinary Medicine degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience in the veterinary industry, pharmaceutical companies, or nutrition companies is preferred
• Fluent in both Italian & English
• Compensation package: CCNL Industria Alimentare, Quadro, Gross Annual Base Salary: €60.000,00, Annual Sales Incentive, Company Car

Position summary

Reports to: Head of Vet Channel

In this role, you will manage the Regional Vet Advisor structure, including Vet Advocacy Advisor FTEs. You will play a key role in ensuring the highest level of veterinary endorsement for Purina and its brands, Pro Plan Veterinary Diets and Pro Plan

A day in the life of a Vet Regional Supervisor

• Ensure persuasive communication of the technical superiority, practical application, and commercial benefits of Purina products, resulting in increased distribution, recommendation, and sales in veterinary practices, while achieving the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the business plan
• Oversee regional supervision of key scientific communication activities within the veterinary field (Clinics, veterinary Universities, veterinary corporate events, Congresses, etc.)
• Manage Purina CRM tools and databases; plan and support a calendar of Direct to Vet Activities
• Build and monitor Vet Advisor activities, optimizing resources to maximize national business objectives.
• Develop a high-performing team capable of achieving business objectives through coaching, skills assessment, and leadership
• Increase the level of Purina advocacy and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) involvement in scientific prescription
