Nestlé Purina PetCare Italy cerca un Logistics Engineer per guidare l'installazione, l'avviamento e la messa in opera di impianti di produzione altamente automatizzati.

Si richiede laurea in ingegneria, esperienza minima in progetti di investimento industriale nel settore alimentare e fluente in inglese; la conoscenza dell'italiano è un plus.

We are looking for passionate technical talents who will support the installation, start-up and operation of modern and highly automated production systems during the launch of a new manufacturing site.

You will contribute to a project within a global organization committed to quality, safety and continuous improvement.

• University Degree in Engineering
• Manufacturing projects management: at least 3 years of experience in capital investment projects development and implementation in food industry
• Fluency in English is required. Italian knowledge would be a plus.
• Compensation Package: CCNL Industria Alimentare, 2° Level, Gross Annual Base Salary €48.000,00.

Position Summary

Ensure implementation and start-up phases of capital investment projects on the manufacturing site, following the job brief, design specifications and Nestlé standards.

A Day in the life of a Logistics Engineer

• Take site constraints into account in the project definition and design
• Fulfill engineering project concept
• Organize project execution
• Mobilize resources (internal & external)
• Ensure the coordination with plant design
• Select and qualify contactors
• Coordinate contractors’ activities
• Ensure Nestlé standards are applied
• Help the Vertical Project Manager to review the Vertical Project brief
• Promote development of environment-friendly and sustainable solutions.

• Determination of methods to minimize the likelihood of injuries or damages to people and/or equipment (Health, Safety & Environment)
