About the Role

Account Management - Vendor Consultant

As a Vendor Consultant in the Paid Selling Partner Services (PSPS) Team of Retail Business Services, you will help shape and deliver strategies for managing Amazon Vendors.

The PSPS team seeks a customer-centric, driven, and creative candidate to manage vendor relationships, working with internal teams to optimize product lines for key manufacturers on Amazon.com.

You will utilize skills across site merchandising, buying, catalog and inventory management, finance, operations, and online marketing to enhance vendor performance. Responsibilities include developing marketing campaigns, analyzing vendor issues, and identifying growth opportunities for vendors.

Responsibilities Include

  • Measure success through team performance metrics and vendor impact on customer experience
  • Manage vendor relationships by advocating for vendor needs within Amazon
  • Establish communication channels, set expectations, and develop growth plans
  • Create and execute strategic account plans aligned with KPIs
  • Collaborate with Amazon teams and vendors to improve operational aspects
  • Analyze issues and develop data-driven recommendations
  • Lead planning, roadmaps, and execution strategies
  • Build long-term partnerships with key vendors
  • Support new program launches and feature integrations
  • Conduct regular business reviews and action planning with vendors

Basic Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Passion for e-commerce
  • Proficiency in Arabic language
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in vendor management, sales, account management, or business development
  • Experience with retail buying, planning, marketing, or e-commerce is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and business management ability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
