The selected candidate will join the INSIDE SALES - B2B team and will be responsible for managing the entire sales process.

Responsibilities:

1. Generate new sales opportunities through phone contacts with potential clients
2. Manage and maintain trust with existing customers on the e-commerce platform
3. Understand customer needs and propose tailored commercial solutions
4. Lead negotiations and guide customers towards purchases on the e-commerce platform
5. Assist customers in independently using the e-commerce platform through advanced customer support
