Job Description:

Our store is looking for a Mobile Sales Associate (M / F).

In-store, the team accompanies our customers and shares with them the pleasure of discovering our Furniture and Decoration collections every day!

The Mobile Sales Associate plays a strategic role.

They are the ambassador of our Mobile offer and participate in developing sales by advising and enhancing our services for customers.

Your missions in-store:

• Warmly welcome, assist, and build customer loyalty during their shopping experience;
• Provide technical advice on the Mobile offer;
• Develop sales figures and revenue from the Mobile & Deco collection;
• Present Maisons du Monde services (Rhinov, Product Delivery, Financing, etc.);
• Handle customer practices (quotations, post-sales, etc.);
• Achieve objectives and monitor individual and store performance indicators;
• Participate in proper maintenance of the Mobile department (restocking, setup, etc.);
• Promote and share Maisons du Monde values, inform customers about company projects.
