We are looking for a : Planning & Control Specialist

Site: Venegono Superiore (VA) / Pomigliano D’Arco (NA)

Responsibilities

This role requires basic knowledge of Project Management and cost control. Good communication abilities and a strong inclination for teamwork are also essential.

Main Activities
  • controlling and managing the Unit's budget and actuals;
  • coordinating, integration and controlling activity and program schedules;
  • contributing to the definition, coordination, and monitoring of key performance indicators (Earned Value) and Key Program Milestones;
  • supporting and coordinating Supplier Management;
Main Outputs
  • Unit Budget Development
  • Development of Actuals Reports
  • Integration and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (Earned Value)
  • Integrated Schedule
  • Workload verification and reporting
Main Interfaces
  • This role requires interfacing with the Unit's technical specialists as well as other Engineering Functions and the Purchasing Department.

Education: Bachelor Degree in Management Engineering.

  • Experience with MS Project

  • Previous experience in managing activities is a plus
