LeasePlan Italia is seeking to hire 1 Vehicle Delivery Support position within the Procurement & Supplier Management Department. The role, based in Trento, reports to the Vehicle Delivery Supervisor.

Scope of the Position:

The role aims to ensure the proper execution of operational activities related to vehicle logistics and handling, including delivery of both new and used vehicles, ensuring timely delivery and cost management.

Main Activities:

• Ensure correct management of assigned operational activities (data entry into the system, contact with transporters, follow-ups, and transport status monitoring) within scheduled times;
• Support the commercial, Customer & Driver, and other operational departments in managing tracked cases in CRM and specific requests related to vehicle delivery and transportation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Attitudes:

• Degree;
• Specific knowledge of order management and tracking;
• Knowledge of the automotive sector for activities related to preparation, setup, and delivery of vehicles to customers;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Proficiency in Access, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Minitab, and data query and analysis systems.
