Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 cerca un esperto in salute, sicurezza e ambiente (H&S) per gestire le infrastrutture temporanee per i Giochi Olimpici e Paralimpici 2026. Il candidato ideale avrà una laurea tecnica e esperienza nel settore. Un'ottima opportunità in un evento dal grande impatto storico.

Competenze

  • Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruoli H&S in ambienti di costruzione o ingegneria.
  • Fluente in italiano e inglese.
  • Conoscenza delle normative H&S e valutazioni dei rischi.

Mansioni

  • Supportare i servizi H&S VDO e gestire le relazioni con i fornitori.
  • Assistere nelle attività lavorative durante la costruzione.
  • Condurre ispezioni in loco, riunioni di coordinamento e redigere report.

Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, responsible for organizing, promoting, and communicating the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee was established in 2019 to organize the Olympic and Paralympic Games in accordance with the Host City Contract signed by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the cities of Milano and Cortina, and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Partners include the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, and the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen, with support from the Italian Government.

The Venue Development & Overlay (VDO) functional area includes Design & Delivery, Program Management, Cost & Contract, Engineering Services, and Signage and Wayfinding. VDO manages the planning, design, and delivery of temporary infrastructure for all venues.

This position is part of the VDO team, focusing on Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) matters related to temporary infrastructures, reporting to the VDO H&S Manager.

The role involves supporting all VDO functional areas involved in venues, providing technical support, coordination, and management of H&S issues related to the use of spaces for sports, entertainment, and other events.

In particular, responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the delivery of VDO H&S services;
  • Reporting on H&S issues across venues;
  • Supporting venue design and delivery related to H&S;
  • Managing relationships with service providers to ensure effective delivery;
  • Managing consultants and suppliers from an H&S perspective in compliance with regulations;
  • Supporting meetings with local authorities such as Vigilance Committees, Municipalities, ASL, and Labour Inspectorate;
  • Assisting in H&S activities during construction, including documentation management (DUVRI, DVR, PSC, POS) and fire safety plans;
  • Conducting on-site inspections, coordination meetings, and drafting reports and audits;
  • Maintaining high standards of relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and contractors;
  • Coordinating cross-functional requirements for effective communication;
  • Sharing ideas and contributing to a positive team environment.

Qualifications include:

  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in H&S roles within construction or engineering environments;
  • Post-graduate courses in HSE related to D.Lgs 81/2008 and L. 818/1984;
  • Proficiency with CAD software and standard office tools;
  • Knowledge of H&S regulations and risk assessments (DVR, PSC, DUVRI, POS);
  • Understanding of temporary licenses for events (Articles 68,69,80 TULPS);
  • Fluent in Italian and English;
  • Knowledge of emergency and evacuation plans;
  • Experience with sport/entertainment venues and temporary infrastructures is advantageous.
