Le candidat travaillera sur des programmes de développement rural, nécessitant au moins 5 à 7 ans d'expérience pertinente. Le poste implique des responsabilités variées, de l'évaluation des politiques à la préparation de rapports techniques, en favorisant le mentorat des collègues plus jeunes.

Competenze

Position: Senior Evaluator with expertise in Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) and rural development programs

Opportunity: To strengthen our evaluation activities, we are seeking senior professionals with knowledge of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) and rural development programs, with 5-7 years of specific experience in this field.

Role responsibilities include:

1. Assessing the results and overall impact of co-financed policies;
2. Supporting the development of thematic insights on key issues identified by clients concerning specific aspects of the Programs;
3. Preparing evaluation reports summarizing analysis of efficiency and effectiveness of the Programs;
4. Assisting in the preparation of technical proposals in response to public tenders for related services;
5. Mentoring junior resources, supporting their technical and professional development, and ensuring quality in team deliverables.

Requirements:

• Degree preferably in Economics, Agricultural or Forest Sciences;
• At least 5 years of experience in evaluation within consulting firms or public administrations after obtaining a master's degree or equivalent;
• Experience in evaluating public policies and monitoring funded programs and projects;
• Proficiency in English at least at C1 level;
• Knowledge of EU regulations on Structural Funds and European Investment Funds;
• Proficiency in project management tools, quantitative and qualitative analysis, evaluation techniques, and statistics;
• Knowledge of management and control systems for complex co-financed programs;
• Familiarity with innovative digital data analysis tools (Data Science, Big Data, AI);
• Excellent command of Office suite, especially formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and presentation tools;
• Ability to create professional presentations with multimedia content;
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook for email, calendar, and collaboration management;
• Autonomy in conducting evaluations, producing reports, and working within a team, even remotely;
• Strong attention to detail and precision;
• Willingness to travel as required by projects;
