Le candidat travaillera sur des programmes de développement rural, nécessitant au moins 5 à 7 ans d'expérience pertinente. Le poste implique des responsabilités variées, de l'évaluation des politiques à la préparation de rapports techniques, en favorisant le mentorat des collègues plus jeunes.
