Colliers in Milano is seeking a Valuation Specialist to manage valuations for real estate portfolios, assets, land and non-performing loans. You will lead the valuation process and ensure timely, accurate reports, using multiple methodologies.
You will collaborate with the Valuation team, bring expertise in evaluation processes, and work with Excel to analyze data. A degree in architecture, engineering, or economics and 2–7 years in real estate are required; C1 English and Italian native.
