Value Advisor Associate (Temporary Contract)

Role

As a Value Advisor (VA) at SAP you will play a key role in helping companies transform their business. This role combines analytical thinking, creativity and business insight with a passion for technology and innovation. You will work side by side with our customers and SAP teams to:

  • Pitch how SAP solutions can optimize business processes and services
  • Identify the business value and valorize technology adoption, focusing on maximizing the investment, from cost reduction to process efficiency, up to enabling entirely new business models
  • Build value propositions and transformation roadmaps that guide our customers in their innovation journey

In the AI era, Value Advisors are highly relevant: you will help customers understand where AI makes a difference, assess adoption returns, and shape rewarding opportunities that new technologies and cloud solutions can provide.

As a Value Advisor you will play a key role in the selling process, collaborating with sales and advisory departments, and supporting customers in face-to-face meetings or public events, building strong partnerships between SAP and customers or prospects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Translate technology into business impact, showing the value of SAP solutions
  • Analyze customer pain points, select the most suitable value drivers to shape an effective Value Proposition
  • Build collaborative business cases
What We Are Looking For
  • Prior experience in solutions/industry area, from a business or IT perspective, is an advantage
  • Good understanding of the role of IT in business
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Economics and Management, Industrial Engineering or related fields; MBA would be considered a plus
  • Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills; client facing
  • General interest in technology, corporate finance, enterprise systems, AI adoption
  • Ability to deliver results under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • High attention to quality, detail and accuracy
