A leading engineering solutions provider is seeking a Mechanical Project Designer in Castellanza. You will be responsible for designing vacuum degassing equipment, ensuring adherence to customer requirements and quality targets. Candidates should have substantial mechanical design experience, knowledge of CAD and FEM software, and proficiency in Autodesk tools. This role involves collaboration with multiple teams and a willingness to travel.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design.
• Familiarity with manufacturing procedures like CNC milling and welding.
• Knowledge of steel industry is a plus.

Mansioni

• Design in 2D and 3D format, meeting customer requirements.
• Prepare layouts and manage interferences at the client's plant.
• Develop all mechanical design aspects of a project.

Conoscenze

Mechanical design experience

Proficiency with Autodesk AutoCAD

Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor

Knowledge of CAD and FEM software

Effective knowledge of English

Formazione

Bachelor’s degree in industrial mechanical design or mechanical engineering
