Qualifications

• Good knowledge of AT equipment (V93K) and electronics basics.
• Experience with lab measurements and statistical analysis.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Develop test programs using Advantest V93K tester platform.
• Develop test boards for engineering and production environments.
• Develop test concepts in cooperation with the Concept engineer.
• Contribute to development projects with main project roles.
• Support production by maintaining released test packages.
• Perform test time evaluations and actions to reduce cost of test.
