MICLA Engineering & Design in Italy is seeking a Bidirectional Charging V2G Systems & Validation Engineer to drive development, integration and validation of charging functions (AC/DC, Smart Charging, Plug & Charge) and V2G/V2H capabilities.

The role interfaces with vehicle engineering, battery systems, power electronics and energy providers to ensure seamless, standards-compliant energy services in the automotive ecosystem. English proficiency required; travel may be involved.

Formación

Master's degree in Energy, Electrical or Vehicle Engineering.
Experience with V2G/V2H/V2B projects.
Knowledge of automotive cybersecurity requirements.
Familiarity with ISO 15118 and IEC 61851.
Experience with MBSE tools and automotive communication architectures.
International automotive experience.

Responsabilidades

Define system requirements and specs for bidirectional charging and V2X energy transfer.
Develop roadmaps for Smart Charging and energy management services.
Design charging architecture and energy flow management.
Ensure compliance with ISO 15118 and IEC 61851.
Collaborate with BMS, OBC, power electronics, connectivity and energy teams.
Support vehicle integration, testing, validation and issue resolution.
Lead or support project reviews and cross-functional decisions.
