JOB SUMMARY:

Working with the engineers and using the available documentation, you will be responsible for executing tests and reporting all observed issues in a precise and detailed manner. Under supervision of a more experienced V&V technician, you will define and document testing procedures. You will help maintain the equipment and keep the lab in good order and up to date.

You will also assist with investigations, based on software development or service inputs, and with the organization of usability testing.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Learn the device functionalities by executing tests using the provided documentation.
• Learn the Quality Management System SOPs and WIs according to your role/responsibility.
• Be responsible for correct and exhaustive documentation of verification methods.
• Report all potential issues discovered in a clear, understandable, and reproducible way.
• Carefully document the results of all activities, informing if documentation is missing.
• Investigate issues if required.
• Under periodic supervision of V&V or senior V&V tech, learn how to write verification procedures.
• Based on project schedules, run verification tests and report issues.
• Document the results of verification activities, ensuring the documentation is well-organized and ready for processing.
• Learn how to perform and execute testing related to approval of configurations for PC-based products.
• Ensure all devices and equipment are in proper working order.
• Help keep the lab organized and in good order.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Knowledge of Office Word and Excel.
• Computer usage and management skills.
• Education, Certifications, and relevant work experience, including at least an Associate Degree or 3-5 years of V&V experience in a medical environment.
