V.I.E - Market Analyst Western and Central Europe

Join us as a Western and Central Europe Market Analyst in our International Graduate Programme (V.I.E) at Nord Pool!

Nord Pool, part of Euronext, is seeking a dynamic candidate to join our Western & Central Europe Market department (covering Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland) as an International Graduate (V.I.E).

Starting from September 2025 in Milan, the role is initially for 12 months, reporting to the Executive Vice President.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the growth of Nord Pool's presence in Western and Central Europe.
2. Assisting the Market Manager in expanding their market and business development.
3. Conducting market and participant analyses.
4. Performing back office tasks such as data management.
5. Organizing and participating in events.
6. Representing Nord Pool at external forums, trade fairs, and conferences.
7. Collaborating with customers and stakeholders to understand industry trends and demands.
8. Working closely with internal teams like Operations and Product Management.

Your profile:

• Experience or strong interest in energy or financial markets; degree in business or engineering.
• Fluent in English; French or German skills are a plus.
• Innovative, energetic, structured, detail-oriented, independent, with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power BI; quick learner of new software.
