We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to work in a team dedicated to Enterprise Application development.

DXC’s Application Services cover four areas: Applications Development; Applications, Modernization and Transformation; Testing and Digital Assurance; Applications Management.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visual designs for projects delivered to customers;
• Interact with project roles to understand the business environment, technical context, and organizational strategy;
• Use appropriate tools to analyze, identify, and resolve business or technical problems;
• Support the developer team in creating platforms, applications, and client services;
• Manage accessibility and usability testing with the team and clients.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Product Design, or equivalent experience in design;
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite, especially Adobe XD, Figma, Mural / Miro, or FigJam;
• Knowledge of Accessibility and Usability standards (WCAG 2.1, W3C, Legge Stanca, AgID Guidelines);
• Accessibility and usability certifications are preferred.

Work Location: Bari with remote work possibility.
