We are a product company that develops a CRM for the healthcare sector, used by leading clinics in the Enterprise segment in Spain, Italy, and Latin America. Our goal is to simplify the patient's journey in the clinic, from booking to payment and accessing medical records, using cutting-edge technologies.

We are looking for a

• UX / UI Designer
• to collaborate with both our Product and Tech teams to investigate user requirements and design interfaces for complex scenarios. You will support the process from start to finish; from concept to deployment.

To be successful in this role, you should have solid experience with design systems, as well as be comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment where tasks and projects can quickly change.

• Design UI elements while maintaining our design system;
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers;
• Provide wireframes and prototypes based on the gathered requirements;
• Illustrate design ideas to internal teams and key stakeholders;
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems;
• Review interfaces before release;
• Have a “pixel-perfect” attitude;
• Being inspired by new and innovative design trends to keep our design system and your work fresh;
• Collaborate closely with developers and product team
• Qualifications

• Education
• A Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, or a related design field.
• Portfolio
• A strong showcase of your experience with design systems, visual design, and interaction design. _(Applications without a portfolio won’t be considered—so show us your best work!)_

• 3+ years in UX / UI design, preferably in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Figma Mastery
• Advanced skills in Figma—you’re not just a user; you’re a Figma ninja!
