Competenze

• Laurea in Comunicazione, Design o campi correlati.
• Buona comprensione del Design centrato sull'utente.
• Esperienza di base con strumenti UI come Adobe XD o Figma.

Mansioni

• Definire user stories e flussi attraverso UX strategy.
• Condurre interviste agli utenti e analizzare i dati.
• Creare wireframe e validare con test utente.

Position: Entry-Level UX / UI Designer

You will join our Design Team and be responsible for the following activities under the supervision of your Team Manager:

1. UX Strategy: gathering requirements and objectives to define user stories and flows
2. UX Research: interviewing users, collecting information, and analyzing data
3. Creating wireframes and validating them through user testing
4. Ensuring technical feasibility by collaborating with developers and reimagining flows based on feedback
5. Crafting final mockups following design guidelines and ensuring accurate copywriting
6. Maintaining and updating a comprehensive Design System on Figma

Qualifications

• Degree in Communication, Design, or related fields
• Good understanding of User-Centered Design
• Knowledge of Usability Heuristics and Accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Basic experience with UI tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar
• Proactivity, curiosity, practical sense, and flexibility
• Willingness to work in a technical environment with support
• Critical thinking and ability to justify solutions
• Strong communication and listening skills

Nice to Have

• Graphic skills such as creating color palettes and illustrations
• Proficiency in Figma
• Knowledge of Design Systems and Atomic Design principles
