YOUR MISSION

To design intuitive, high-performing web experiences and marketing assets that captivate users and drive conversions. You’ll combine creative vision, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to craft digital designs that stand out.

This is a fully remote, full-time position.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

• Design high-converting landing pages, product pages, and customer portals in Figma.
• Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile experiences.
• Ensure mobile-first, responsive designs for seamless cross-device usability.
• Craft intuitive UI / UX solutions that enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
• Maintain visual consistency across all digital touchpoints, ensuring brand cohesion.
• Design marketing assets, including banners, store icons, display ads, and social media creatives.
• Develop product packaging, user manuals, and marketing collateral that align with brand identity.
• Provide creative direction, collaborate with marketing and development teams, and oversee design execution to align with business goals.

WHO YOU ARE

• Experience : Minimum 3 years in UI / UX design, specifically in eCommerce (must-have).
• Skills : High proficiency in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, UI kits), Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Mindset : Creative, proactive, and detail-obsessed with a strong problem-solving approach.
• Design Thinking : Deep understanding of user behavior, psychology, and CRO principles.
• Work Ethic : Driven by high standards, takes ownership, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Aesthetic Vision : Keen eye for design quality and the ability to craft visually compelling experiences.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• 30 Days : You’ve mastered brand guidelines, designed key landing pages, and contributed to initial marketing assets.
• 60 Days : You’re leading creative projects, optimizing user experiences, and collaborating seamlessly with the team.
• 90 Days : You’ve established yourself as a design leader, driving innovation and delivering impactful designs that boost conversions.
