Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design for web and mobile.
• Deep understanding of user-centred design and visual fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Figma, including design systems and components.
• Proven ability to conduct user research and translate findings into design.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design process across client projects from discovery to high-fidelity interfaces.
• Conduct comprehensive user research including usability testing and interviews.
• Translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions including wireframes and prototypes in Figma.
• Design responsive, accessible interfaces that follow WCAG and best practices.
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries.
• Collaborate with PMs, developers and QA teams throughout the process.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance workflow and prototype concepts.
• Present and defend design decisions to clients and stakeholders.
• Continuously test, learn and iterate designs based on feedback.

We are looking for a designer who embraces this philosophy — someone who starts with user research, thinks critically and ensures every design decision is grounded in solving a genuine user problem.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UX/UI design
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work for web and mobile applications
• Deep understanding of user-centred design methodologies, interaction design principles and visual design fundamentals
• Proficiency in Figma, including experience with design systems and component libraries
• Proven ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design

• Solid grasp of responsive design principles and best practices
• Confidence in challenging assumptions and advocating for user-focused design solutions
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in the design process
• Strong ability to work independently, manage time effectively and communicate asynchronously
• Fluent English (C1 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions
• Experience collaborating with geographically distributed, multicultural teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a digital software agency or software development company
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) to effectively collaborate with developers
• Familiarity with prototyping and usability testing tools
• Domain expertise in fintech, Ad Tech, iGaming, healthcare or e-commerce
• Experience using AI-assisted design tools like Cursor or Claude Code for prototyping and building interactive concepts

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process across multiple client projects, from initial discovery and wireframing through to final high-fidelity interfaces
• Conduct comprehensive user research, including usability testing, interviews and data analysis, to understand user requirements and validate design decisions
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive design solutions, creating wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs in Figma
• Design responsive, accessible and technically feasible interfaces that adhere to best practices, design principles and WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines)
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects
• Collaborate closely with project managers, developers and QA teams throughout the design and development process
• Leverage AI tools to enhance your workflow, explore design alternatives, prototype concepts and improve overall output quality
• Present and defend design decisions to clients and stakeholders, advocating for user-centric solutions
• Continuously test, learn and iterate designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights
